"Remembering Our Past ~ Assuring Our Future"

It is the mission of the Silver Creek-Irving Heritage Fund to enrich the quality of Silver Creek-Irving residents by providing a means for investing and disbursing funds within the community to benefit local charitable needs and opportunities.

How does the SCIHF serve our community?

  • by enabling past, present and future residents the opportunity to leave something  specifically to benefit the Silver Creek-Irving area;
  • by establishing endowments to benefit the community both now and in the future;
  • by strengthening the not-for profit organizations that serve the Silver Creek-Irving community;
  • by promoting local philanthropy;
  • by providing donors with a tax-deductible, convenient means to meet their charitable goals.

How does the SCIHF work?

Each year, charitable organizations in the Silver Creek-Irving area have the opportunity to submit grant applications to the SCIHF.  Income available from the SCIHF is awarded based on the needs of the community and the viability of the proposed projects.
